Now this innovative pack has arrived which could be used to reinforce a training session or bought as a stand alone product.

It is a pack of cards with prompts and model questions. It would be useful to anyone who conducts recruitment interviewing and who has taken on the competency-based approach of predicting future performance on the evidence of past behaviours.

It is well-designed and easy for any manager to use.
