Competency-based interviewing has come of age. My previous two review pages have covered DVD products from Video Arts and Scott Bradbury, which have both done justice to the topic. Now this innovative pack has arrived which could be used to reinforce a training session or bought as a stand alone product.

It is a pack of cards with prompts and model questions. It would be useful to anyone who conducts recruitment interviewing and who has taken on the competency-based approach of predicting future performance on the evidence of past behaviours.
