A campaign has been launched to encourage Northern Irish nationals who have pursued careers outside the country to consider returning on a permanent basis.
The 'Home for the Holidays' initiative, run by consultancy Grafton Recruitment, is targeting individuals who attended university abroad, as well as those with international business experience. "For years, Northern Ireland has leaked some of its best talent, with young people leaving due to a lack of career prospects at home," a Grafton Recruitment spokesman said. "It is these individuals who are eagerly required back home."
