A round-up of the latest HR appointments.

John Frith has taken on the role of HR director at global digital recruitment group Evenbase, which owns UK recruitment website Jobsite and online recruitment software provider Broadbean. Frith previously worked as HR director at software company IRIS Software & Solutions. In his new role, Frith will focus on group-wide employee engagement and talent management.

Law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse has announced the appointment of Graham de Guise as HR director. De Guise joins from TLT Solicitors, where he was responsible for developing the firm's HR and learning and development strategies. He has more than 12 years' experience working in HR for professional services organisations.

The National Apprenticeship Service has announced that David Way, currently chief operating officer, will take up the position of interim chief executive. This follows news that the previous chief executive, Simon Waugh, left his position in March after three years in the role.
