To enter, all you need to do is fill in the online entry form and explain in up to 1,000 words what you did and why, and the benefits for employees and the organisation.

There is no fee for entering.

The completed forms and entry must reach us by Friday 15th June 2012.

2 representatives from each of the category winners will be invited to the Personnel Today Awards on the night of the 28th November in London.

The 'Best of the Best' will be announced during the Personnel Today Awards and presented with their trophy on the night.

You will be able to start your entry, save it and return at a later date.
