This award will be given to the OH Nurse Practitioner who has demonstrated leadership and excellence in practice by reflecting on and evaluating an area of their practice. The practice will be evidence based and demonstrate original thinking in any aspect of occupational health nursing. It will also contribute to the occupational health nursing knowledge base and help to define future practice. This category will be judged by the AOHNP.
