The meaning of talent management……

Ahead of my presentation at the big event – no not DAVOS but the HR Directors Event in Birmingham (though it appears almost as big), I thought that I’d just share with you a morsel or two in respect of my earlier 4-parter on the subject of talent management…Part I, Part II, Part III and Part IV…….What does talent management mean, or involve to people?
