This nice little video caught our eye today (via @sironasays), and it’s a great example of a quirky yet really effective recruitment campaign that sets out to do its job in a different way. It’s by Ikea Australia, and it works really well.
There’s no need for me to describe it in much detail as the video contains all the information you’ll need.
All we can add is that this campaign deserves plaudits for its novel approach, as well as its targeted strategy which, according to the stats quoted in the video, appears to have paid off.
