The Bored Report

It’s that time of the month for compiling our board report.

As you may have guessed from the somewhat clever title of today’s blog, it isn’t something I particularly enjoy doing.

In fact, I would go as far as to say that it is, by and large, the most mind-numbing task I am required to do.

Inputting absence figures, turnover figures and other ‘vital statistics’, and using these to create various graphs and tables, is more my idea of a Maths GCSE Coursework project rather than something rewarding at this stage of my career.

Still, as long as the MD gets his KPI figures I guess he’ll be happy, which is obviously all that really matters…
