Recruitment Made Easy

Just before Christmas it was announced that a member of our HR team would be leaving us for pastures new at the end of January.

Inevitably, we have got stuck in to recruiting a replacement HR Officer as a matter of urgency.

We have many other vacancies, but you have to look after your own don’t you?

We interviewed our first candidate today, and frankly I don’t see a need to look elsewhere.

Not only is she very well suited to the job, but also she could be considered to be stunningly attractive by some…

Sadly, my views do not seem to have been taken seriously by my boss so far.

Maybe I’m a little too transparent.

The 5 minutes I spent literally begging my boss to recruit her may have gone a step too far and given the game away…
