Twitter's HR manager Krissy Bush (change any letter and titter) it seems is so used to sharing everything with the world that even job applicants to the fledgling organisation should expect their resumes to be twittered, tweeted or twitted any day soon.
For it seems in Krissy's world when replying to all the poor souls deemed inappropriate for the role of Business Product Manager at Twitter it is okay for them to find out the email addresses of the other 185 unsuccessful applicants.
Blunder? Or is that just the way Twitter's HR department works?
Here is the letter (note the legalese at the bottom):
Hi,
Thank you so much for taking the time to apply for the Business Product Manager position at Twitter, Inc. During the course of our recruiting efforts, we come across many fine candidates such as you, and we carefully evaluate each candidate's background and interests against our projected workloads and staffing needs. Although we are impressed with your background, the hiring committee has decided to move forward with a different candidate.
We will keep your information on file for six months in case future opportunities arise.
Thanks,
Krissy Bush | HR Manager | Twitter, Inc.

Guru is today taking a deep blue breath and entering the Twitterverse (yes he's reliably informed that twitterers call it just that) with the launch of his Twitter page: Twitter.com/HR_Guru_
He finds that people are Twittering about just about anything, the idea of it being to continuously answer the question "What are you doing?"
Guru's brain spirals to near implosion when he realises that if he is to take this seriously the answer will always be "Guru is twittering this, but then you know that don't you".
As as serious journalist though Guru will take this new communication medium seriously.
Expect to find out a lot more about Guru... as is the Twitter way. Krissy Bush sets an example to the rest of us, by sharing her twits not only on Twitter but also on Flickr, much to Guru's delight
Perhaps if Flickr were to employ one of the 186 product managers looking to work at Twitter, one of them may spot that there's an e missing.
