On returning from a high-level 'fact-finding' visit to Venezuela today - news of which will surely follow in this blog - Guru was mystified to read of the scheduled introduction of 'positive action' in recruitment.After all, most recruiters are slow, methodical, plodding beasts, so it might prove a bit of a challenge. And in any case what's wrong with the 'hidden criteria' list that operates in most blue-chip companies - and government, as exemplified by Gorgeous David 'just call be DC' Cameron.
