What do you think makes the perfect HR professional? Some would say broad commercial knowledge, others would say the patience of a saint. This summer, Personnel Today is teaming up with occupational psychology company YSC to build a profile of what makes a great HR manager.
We're looking for three or four senior HR professionals (manager level or above) to take part in a series of psychometric tests aimed at uncovering the common personality traits in a successful HR manager. We'll then run a feature on the results, so you need to be happy to appear in the magazine.
