I am the group editor of Personnel Today, and have ultimate responsibility for the content strategy of the weekly magazine Personnel Today, its website Personneltoday.com and our monthly titles Employers' Law, Training & Coaching Today and Occupational Health. I also look after the group's portfolio of events, which includes the Personnel Today Awards and The HR Directors Club.

Since joining three years ago I've worked in various remits on the Personnel Today portfolio. Prior to that, I’ve managed online community networking sites and editorial teams on online and print business titles. My publishing career spans 11 years across subjects ranging from marketing to accountancy.

I have a great passion for travel so in my spare time I'm usually out of the country visiting my ever-growing list of ‘must see’ destinations.
