Guy Logan joined Personnel as a reporter in 2008, with five years’ experience in journalism.

He has worked as a general news reporter in Washington D.C., and as a local TV reporter and a radio broadcaster/producer in Australia. He now writes for the Personnel Today magazine and website, and is involved with both speaking on and producing the podcast.

His HR interests include Generation Y recruitment and combating age discrimination; improving local community and charity interaction through corporate social responsibility programmes; and the use of technology in increasing flexible working and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Outside the office, Guy moonlights on weekends as a part-time superhero, HR-Man, defending HR teams everywhere. He is not very good at marathons, DIY or French, but tries anyway.
