Rob Moss started at PersonnelToday.com as online editor in 2006, after 10 years’ experience in business journalism.

Since joining he has introduced blogs and video to the website as well as improving the site’s visibility to the search engines. He collates the articles that form the weekly email newsletter, PersonnelToday.com Direct and produces and edits the Personnel Today Friday Podcast, the weekly audio programme launched by the website this summer.

By default his HR interests lie in HR software systems, e-learning, online recruitment and anything that brings workplaces and the web together. He is interested in how technology can impact working life, both through the eyes of the organisation and the individual.

He has two sons, supports Swindon Town, plays tennis and sporadically tries his hand at DIY. Current project: boxing in various pipes after installation (by a professional) of new central heating.
