Workplace Health Connections is a blog that aims to get everybody responsible for the health and wellbeing of working age people to work together to make us all healthier and happier.
The blog shares news and comment on good practice, research and evidence and trends in health and wellbeing. The ultimate goal is get people to abandon their professional silos, at least temporarily, and engage with the increasingly wide range of practitioners who share the aim of improving health at work.
It is brought to you by the XpertHR group of online services and print publications which include Personnel Today and Occupational Health, news magazines which are recognised at the highest levels of government and industry.
It will look at absence management, the links between wellbeing and performance, protecting employees from workplace hazards, the evidence base for workplace health interventions, the business case, stress, the biopsychosocial model and many other crucial topics.
Where possible, we will link you to the original sources of information.
