Building upon its heritage for innovation and customer service, the Denplan Corporate Team launched a new, secure online portal for its policyholders on 27 January 2012.
The first in the corporate dental market to offer such a service, Denplan's Corporate Online Services allows policyholders to not only submit claims online, but track their claims; view their policy terms and conditions; update their contact details and request up-to-date benefit statements via e-mail.
Jo Winkle, Corporate Customer Services Manager at Denplan, commented: "This is a really exciting launch for the Corporate Team as we are able to offer something to our policyholders that they can't get with any other corporate dental provider. Of course our Customer Services Advisors will still be on hand to help with any policyholder queries, but the portal is designed to make customers lives easier with access to services online."
