The software environment will create a centralised, virtual HR office and will allow extensive maintenance of HR information with one time data entry and a flexible, user-friendly report designer. chris²¹ builds a complete history of every employee and allows enquiries and reports on career history, equal opportunity data, addresses, allowances/benefits, salary history and security and auditing.
