activ8 intelligence are delighted to announce that Bond Teamspirit have become the latest HR technology and service provider to incorporate HRintelligence, activ8's HR centric reporting and analytic tool, within their product portfolio.
Roger Moore, General Manager, at Bond Teamspirit said: "We know from our clients that the need for HR to be able to quickly produce and distribute insightful, professional HR reports has never been greater. We are therefore delighted to be partnering with activ8 intelligence to offer our clients the very latest in HR reporting and analytic technology."
HRintelligence is a business intelligence tool that has been designed for the very specific requirements of HR reporting and analysis. HRintelligence comes pre-built with 150 meaningful, high impact HR reports and KPIs that are relevant to HR and senior management. In addition to the standard reports, an easy-to-use self-service report designer allows ad-hoc and customised reports to be quickly produced with information being presented in over 20 different types of graphical charts and table formats. One or more reports can be grouped together and presented on a dashboard with each user able to have many different dashboards. There is also the option of providing access beyond the HR community, allowing senior and even line managers to view dashboards, reports and KPIs relevant to their specific areas of responsibility.
Matthew Lymbery, CEO of activ8 intelligence said, "In the last year we have received a great response from HR service and technology providers interested in incorporating the system into their proposition. There is a now widespread acknowledgment that an easy to use HR reporting and analytic tool like HRintelligence not only helps deliver cost and efficiency savings for both client and provider but also enables the full potential of the data collected on a day to day basis to be fully unleashed for the benefit of HR and the wider business. We are looking forward to working with Bond and supporting their clients in maximising the value of the people-related data they capture."
