Work Group appoints UK managing director

Global talent management consultancy Work Group has appointed Hayley Brooksbank as UK managing director of its Work Communications division.

Hayley has significant brand, marketing and communications experience and her immediate focus will be to grow the reputation of the Work Communications division, increasing awareness of its combined resourcing, communications and occupational psychology offering.

Previously Hayley spent five years at Hay Group where she worked as European marketing director and global head of brand and communications. Other experience includes positions held at Deloitte and Interbrand.

Rose Colledge, chief executive at Work Group said: "Work Communications is a business that has a leading position on the changing trends, technologies and behaviours that affect the relationships employers can create with talent. We've always believed that business success is directly linked to an organisation's ability to build relationships with employees that are as strong and robust as those they create with customers.

"Now is the right time for us to have someone on board with the expertise to take the power of our offer to market and create the roadmap for our future growth. As a company we will remain focused on working with forward-thinking HR directors and business leaders who want to stay ahead of the curve, helping them to ensure that they are in the best possible position to find and keep people that can improve their organisation's performance."

Hayley Brooksbank, Work Communications UK managing director added: "Without the right people in place, employers cannot be competitive, profitable or successful, and so what Work offers is a valuable range of solutions that enable businesses to recruit, engage and develop the talent they need to thrive."

"I believe we have an outstanding proposition and an exceptionally talented team, I have been extremely impressed by the calibre and energy of everyone I've met. I am very excited about leading the Work Communications business and the opportunities we have ahead."

Work Communications employs 85 people at offices in London and Manchester which are also home to the Group's Search & Intelligence division - Armstrong Craven.
