% of the audience receiving 23,971 pieces of recognition
The programme allows employees to personally recognise peers who demonstrate corporate values through their interaction with colleagues & customers. Recognition can be submitted online or through a freepost card system. Individuals or teams can be recognised across a number of different platforms:
• E-Cards
• Instant Rewards
• Podium Awards: Bronze, Silver & Gold
Toby Peyton-Jones, HR Director for Siemens, said: "There are so many 'Heroes' and 'Heroines' in our organisation: -people who have gone well beyond their job description, which have helped others in ways that is an inspiration or who have moved mountains to meet a customer deadline. Some may have simply had the courage to stand up for what is the right rather than take the easy path.
"With our Champions scheme where any employee can nominate a colleague, it is sometimes overlooked that the act of giving recognition and nominating a colleague, is as fundamental as receiving an award. It binds us into a common family which honours and celebrates our values and makes us a great company to work for."
The Siemens Champions campaign was designed by P&MM Motivation, an industry leading employee motivation company.
John Sylvester, Divisional Managing Director of P&MM Motivation, commented: "The success of this programme is testament to the dedication and creativity that is applied to each individual project by the team. We are delighted that Siemens and P&MM have gained such great recognition from our industry peers through these prestigious awards."
