Over 50 School Leaver Job Vacancies in Lancashire Available Now

Young people in Lancashire who are considering their options while waiting for their GCSE results to be announced are being encouraged to get in touch with Alliance Learning and find out about the range of apprenticeship vacancies that are available now.

Over 50 jobs are currently being advertised on the Alliance Learning website with roles including Medical Receptionist, Legal Assistant, Childcare Assistant and a range of Engineering roles in Electronics and Fabrication for top businesses located across the North West.

All the job vacancies offer a salary, paid holidays and training which will lead to a nationally recognized qualification and the opportunity for young people to quickly progress to more senior roles in their chosen career.

Kelly Perkin, Head of Apprenticeship Recruitment at Alliance Learning, explains why working towards an apprenticeship is such a good idea:

"Young people who stay on in education or work-based training will have better skills, more opportunities throughout their life and more chance of fulfilling their potential.

"Many young people want to go straight into employment so that they can start earning money, but this is not always the best choice in the long run. With an apprenticeship young people can do both; earn a wage and gain fantastic qualifications."

Alliance Learning has over 40 years' experience in the training of apprentices. All tutors are highly experienced and qualified in their sector which means they are able to provide the very best levels of support and guidance throughout the programme, meaning learners consistently achieve high pass rates.

Alliance Learning are also committed to investing in their facilities and resources to enhance learning for apprentices and opened their new £900,000 state of the art engineering training centre at their Head Office in Horwich in January 2012.

Anyone who is interested in finding out more about the apprenticeship programme can call 01204 696744 for an informal chat with a friendly member of staff or visit www.alliancelearning.com to view the current vacancies and apply online.
