Leading internal communications agency, Headlines, has welcomed on board celebrated regional journalist Martin Smith to head up its growing content team.
Martin joins the team having spent fifteen years editing a number of high profile newspaper titles in Northampton and Coventry. Martin started his content career writing for a weekly publication before moving to the Coventry Telegraph in 2002. He developed in his role, becoming the paper's Multimedia Editor in 2006, where he stayed until taking up his new position with Headlines in July.
As Head of Content, Martin will lead a team of highly experienced journalists, using his editorial know-how and digital expertise to guide and deliver excellence across all channels.
Also joining Martin's team is new Senior Journalist Alicia Babaee. Having worked within both newspapers and PR, she then moved client-side working for Avon and the Open University. Alicia has a wealth of experience to offer Headlines' clients.
