As of 1st September 2012, Oasis Search will be revising its name to Oasis HR to better reflect the industry for which it recruits. All elements of the business, for example the company registration number, will remain the same.
This rebranding exercise is being implemented in support of the company's imminent international expansion plans which will see the HR Recruitment Consultancy continue to develop and strengthen relationships in overseas markets. These expansion plans follow Oasis HR's impressive growth, which has seen the business triple in size in just three years.
Mark Barnicoat, Managing Director of Oasis Search comments:
"In a time of economic uncertainty we feel we've bucked the trend through a mixture of hard work, constant innovation and above all delivery. This has enabled us to continue to focus on growing our business and reviewing every aspect of our 'recipe'. The brand revision to Oasis HR is a more accurate reflection of the core market we work within and is an important step on our way to expansion outside of our primary European market."
Oasis HR remains the sole facilitator and founder of the HR Think Tank Series, a group of networking events held exclusively for senior-strategically focused professionals from a resourcing, talent, ER, HR Business Partner, diversity, reward and mobility perspective. Whilst historically these events were purely UK centric, the success and growth of the group has resulted in the events portfolio being propelled over to Singapore, with the first event scheduled in September.
Jeremy Thornton, Director of Oasis Search and Founder of the HR Think Tank Series adds:
"It is a very exciting time for us here at Oasis HR, with our brand revision, international expansion plans and of course the continued growth of the HR Think Tank Series. From starting this initially small networking group for resourcing professionals in 2009, it's fantastic to witness and be a part of its increasing popularity. We are holding our inaugural Singapore Resourcing Think Tank on 4th September and as a testament to its initial success we are lucky enough to have senior HR professionals in attendance representing companies such as Standard Chartered, UBS, Glencore, HP and Northern Trust. As a business, we are continually moving forward and we look forward to seeing where the tides will take Oasis HR in the coming months and years."
Notes to editors:
Following the rebrand, it is important to note that the company's telephone number will remain the same; however the website and email addresses will be updated to the domain 'oasishr.com' from the week commencing 3rd September. For the initial six months of the name change, 'oasissearch.co.uk' will be redirected to the relevant destinations.
