One Performance Outcome appoints Matt Welvaert as marketing director

Cambridgeshire, UK, Thursday 23rd August 2012: One Performance Outcome (OPO) names Matt Welvaert as Marketing Director. Welvaert has 15 years experience working in the B2B marketing arena, with a strong background in the marketing of people performance improvement services. Having previously spent 8 years at Grass Roots, as Marketing Communications Manager, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and relevant qualifications, as well as an understanding of the most up-to-date marketing approaches.

Welvaert has been working with OPO, as their outsourced marketing resource, for the past 18 months. In the role of Marketing Director, he will have more of a strategic input in the way the business is taken to market. His job will begin with the re-launching of the corporate website, overseeing the development of marketing content, and putting together a series of free seminars, designed to help business leaders improve the performance of their staff.
