Xactium to provide Claims Management services globally for American HR outsourcer
LONDON - August 15, 2012 - Xactium, the cloud provider of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions, today announced Houston-based G&A Partners, a Human Resources Outsourcer, as a new customer. G&A Partners will use Xactium's Claims Manager to create and track worker compensation, incidents and claims from its nearly 400 customers, who support 46,000 workers.
Claims Manager was primarily selected for its flexibility to provide G&A Partners with a cost effective solution. The system will give G&A Partners a 'whole-house' picture of claims and incidents, while also enabling them to drill down and create reports for individual clients and policy type. Complete with customisable branding, Claims Manager's incident reporting portal enables claims to be raised in real-time.
G&A Partners was also impressed by the product's dashboard functionality, ease of use for first time users and the integration with Salesforce Chatter, the leading enterprise social network, which enables G&A Partners' staff to collaborate on projects. As a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) who handles various clients and insurance policies, Claims Manager will provide G&A Partners with a centralised platform for organization-wide visibility of their claims information.
