Leading youth and adult learning organisation TBG Learning is to celebrate the achievements of apprentices across the country when it sets off a roadshow as part of National Apprenticeship Week.
The Certificate Drop Roadshow will see TBG Learning visit apprentices up and down the country that have been enrolled with the organisation and gone on to find employment.
Each apprentice will be visited in their workplace by TBG Learning's senior management team and presented with certificates to mark their achievements.
TBG Learning, which is part of third sector owned organisation the Rehab Group and has more than 20 learning centres across England and Wales, will be making a video diary of the tour which will be uploaded onto TBGLearning.com.
The tour is being held to coincide with National Apprenticeship Week, which takes place between March 11 and 15, and will see apprentices based in Derby, Shropshire, Coventry and East Croydon all taking part.
Apprenticeship Week is co-ordinated by the National Apprenticeship Service and is designed to celebrate Apprenticeships and the positive impact they have on individuals and businesses.
Debbie Scotton, Interim Head of Operations, Employer Division at TBG Learning, David Umpleby, Head of Programme Delivery and Simon O'Connell, Head of Business Development, will be presenting the certificates.
Debbie said National Apprenticeship Week is a perfect opportunity to showcase the achievements and benefits of Apprenticeships and youth learning opportunities.
"We work closely with many businesses across a range of sectors which are committed to offering Apprenticeship opportunities and the Roadshow is a great way for us to celebrate some of our many success stories," she said.
"We'll be visiting apprentices who have completed NVQs in a wide range of subjects, from housekeeping and team leading to business and administration and children and young people's workforce qualifications.
"At TBG Learning we're passionate about doing all we can to address unemployment and helping people to get their careers on track, through a mixture of training and in-work support.
"The theme of National Apprenticeship Week 2013 is Apprenticeships Deliver and our roadshow demonstrates that very point and hopefully our video diaries will inspire people enrolled with us and also others to get involved too."
