Hello

Just wondering if any of the companies you work for have actually produced a plan / procedure for the new regulations regarding I&C.

Please email me to help on kellyt@shirehotels.co.uk

Hi there, I am attending an ACAS course on the 16th March in London which is looking at information and consultation. I am also in the throws of implementing a procedure and structure a bit like you looking to network on this. You may find the course useful.

We are also looking into producing a procedure on I&C. The legislation states that the numbers of representative should be 1 for every 50 employees, minimum of 2 and maximum of 25. We have nearly 4000 employees all over the country and therefore would have to have the 25, which would be extremely difficult to organise. I'm sure I read somewhere that we could have fewer than that but can't seem to find it now that I need it! Can anyone help?

Caroline
