My Company is currently going through a large-scale redundancy process and has decided to move away from the traditional LIFO selection method in favour of one that is designed to retain key skils and experience. I was wondering if anyone has any selection forms that are used in their Companies so that I could get a comparison with the one we have drafted. Thanks Debbie Lewis
