I work for a small company and we want to hold a shor staff training seminar to give staff an broader understanding about diveristy and quality, does anyone has any ideas?

Hi Denise


If you have a water tight policy you can structure the session around that.  There are lost of case studies on various equality issues mainly in the North that would be good.


Don't forget to address all key issues, not just race but also disability, age, religion, sexual orientation etc.  If else fails I can suggest a good provider, that my organisation use, costing around £1,000 for 13 delegates.  Some times I think if the message comes from outsiders.
