My company is considering implementing a timesheet software system, to assess project delivery & timescales within a specific dept. If successful within the relevant dept, it may be something we use across the company. What do we need to be aware of when implementing such a system.? How do we start to implement? Any advice/tips would be much appreciated... |

Hi Liz, Take special care how it handles interfaces with your HR system , Finance system and your payroll system and take care that you have all your specs in place, otherwise you will end up in the end with more than one system. It is best to choose for an integrated solution because just time tracking is only a small part of Hr (or logistics from anotherview) and very related to other processes and transactions |
