We recently created a Diversity Policy for the Company and as one of the possible actions from this policy we are reviewing the possiblity of employees being able to take days off for religious holidays that fall outside the UK public holiday dates. The idea would be to allow them to use other non christian holidays such as May Bank Holiday for their own religious holidays. Does anyone have a similar policy that they are currently using and would you be willing to share this with me?
