We are creating a diversity policy and are looking for examples from other companies who have implemented a diversity policy and where it has been a success or any problems encountered.

Hi Lee,

I just read your comments on one of the discussion firoms on Personnel Today and was wondering if you would be able to help me at all. I am starting my CIPD management report and a part of this will include developing equal opps/diversity policies and procedures to roll out to the business in 2007. It would be really useful to have a look at other companies work and strategy in this area. If you are able to provide me with any of your work I would really appreciate it.
