Having read the article in 'People Management' publication of 14th July 2005, relating to 'HR Managers come last in pay survey', has anyone in a Head of HR role (who is female) challenged the equal pay issue, using other Exec members (male) as the comparator? Having researched the subject, seems HR will 'fight' for others but not thier own dept. Any comments or cases would be well received.
