Hi all, I am wanting to put in place a study support agreement/policy that can be used when supporting employees through relevant qualifications i.e CIPD. I want to have a letter that they sign up to that confirms that we will pay for all of their fees including any associated membership fees, but if they leave the employment of the company during or up to one year after completing their qualification, the total amount will be paid back. Does anyone have a policy document/letter in place that I could look at? |
