We are changing the way we work in HR from transactional towards operational i.e. working more closely with the business as partners in a triangular relationship - Operations Manager, Human Resources, Learning & Development. Can anyone recommend a suitable seminar, training course or similar that may benefit the HR Advisor in developing the necessary skills for this new arrangement?
