Does anyone have expeience of dealing with scorecard or results delivery against a business plan? If so, how was their return on investment evaluated by the business?

You may try reading on Six sigma, it may be useful. However with regards to the ROI, you would need a bit of calc. done, how much has been put into the said project, to arrive at the ROI.
First establish its posistion on the score card, and take it up from there. Not very clear i guess, but try that.
