We are planning to open trading companies in a number of countries (eg India and Singapore) and will probably employ a small number of staff. Would anyone be willing to share their experiences? We need to find the most cost effective way to do this. Also we may seconded people from the UK. Would anyone be willing to send me copies of there secondment policy? Thank you.(personnel@sii.org.uk) |

I have some information on both of these locations. How are you getting along with this task? Paul Strange |

Dear Paul, I wondered if you would still be willing to send me your policy on Secondment. We are likely to be sending people overseas for short period during 2007. Also do you have any advice on how to run a payroll in Singapore? Are there any local providers you have used? Thank you karen Dalton - recruitment@sii.org.uk
