Hi, Would anybody be able to recommend any trainers or training firms in South Africa who could provide training on subjects such as how to give good feedback for example. I am looking to organise some training around our 360 process for our employees in the SA office and flying the trainers out from here is proving to be too costly. Regards, Nita

Nita, Saw you data today. I rolled out an OD programme in Egypt, Nigeria, Cameroon and South Africa last year. I selected 4 trainers whom I contracted to facilitate the training programme.The programme included; a managemnt skills programme an internal customer service programme a project managment programme a business fundamentals programme a performance management programme an operational finance programme for line managers. The trainers operated out of South Africa and I negotiated a monthly rate for up to 12 days training per month. They absoluted exceeded all expectations, they are extremely committed and professional facilitators. Nita have you thought rather than personal delivery offering an online e-learnt version. That way you will massively reduce your costs and ensure consistency of training. Material can be adapted to cover your specific requirements and ensure your corporate processes are followed exactly. The facility would then be available for other purposes.
