| I need to run a customer focus training course for admin and head office based positions in my company. Does anyone have any customer focus activities that are either aimed or adaptable for this? Most of the ones I have looked at so far are aimed at direct customer facing roles ie: sales assistants in shops or call centre employees. I would really like something on internal customers, handling incoming and outgoing calls and identifying customer expectations but from a head office perspective. Any pointers would be appreciated. | |||

I have seen a Customer Service assessment product called SACS that is definitely an activity that deals with customer focus, incomin and outbound calls and could very easily be adapted for your "internal only" needs.
