Part of an internal FMCG talent recruitment team, I am currently looking at outsourcing our sales function to an agency/agencies? The decision is based on cost as to whether it is more effective to manage internally or outsource. Has any one done anything similar? Any advice you could give me on where to start and what key costs/factors would need to be taken into account?
