I'm looking to meet up or talk with Trainers, Training Managers and L&D Representatives from different organisations with regards to the Customer Service training that they deliver to their organisation's front line staff, to share best practice and ideas. Our Learning & Development Team recently won the Customer Service Training Team of the Year Award at the ICM Customer Service Awards 2005, and I was also Highly Commended in the Customer Service Trainer of the Year category. These awards reflect the quality of the training that we currently deliver within our organisation, but we are always striving to develop new ideas and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Since posting the above comment, I have received lots of great replies - please keep them coming!! However, I have also received lots of emails from training firms and consultants advertising their services. If you are a firm or consultant reading this post and thinking of advertising your services to me - DON'T!! From the post above, it is quite clear that this is not what I am looking for. |
