I'm trying to put together some guidelines for Managers regarding how to get the relevant proof for eligibility to work in the UK but the Home Office guidelines are so complex – particularly given that we employ people from a wide variety of different countries.  Does anyone have anything similar to this that they would be happy to share with me?

Many thanks.

Dear Lisa

It is indeed a minefield. So much so that we are considering putting together a handbook on the subject.

If you'd like more information or have specific queries, let me know and I'll see if we can help. Email: fiona.richmond@forumbusinessmedia.co.uk
