I am in the process of putting together a Staff Attitude Survey for my organisation.  I would be very grateful if you could let me have a copy of a survey you have used in the past or a list of best questions.  We are a marketing database consultancy and employ 50 staff.

Many thanks.

Once you have your list of questions you may wish to consider setting up an online survey to enable you to collate and interpret the results more effectively. My company uses an online system called ColorVote, which we have developed from a French model. It's very user-friendly and inexpensive. I'd be happy to supply further info.

For many organizations staff surveys are cost prohibitive.

We are in the process of starting to test a software implementation of an employee engagement survey that we have been using for some time - the EESS.

If you would like to be involved in the testing (for free) please contact me.

More information is available at Employee Engagement Survey
