Hello


I am updating one of our forms which isued as a checklist to be completed between an employee and their manager on joining the company. 


The form is to act as a checklist to ensure the appropriate areas are covered (including regulatory), the setting of objectives and training needs are documented. 


Does anyone have a form that they are able to send me?
