We are looking to attract more women to our business. The tried and tested methods have been tradionally been used with little or no success. I would appreciate hearing from anybody who has had success in this field.

Hi, have you tried www.portiaweb.org/eu_project.html and www.equalitec.org.uk? These could be a good start if you haven't looked at these already.
