Hi everyone, I am launching an employee forum in our business and want to run a brief training session for representatives so they are clear about their roles and responsibilities and what is expected of them.  Perhaps also include some basic communication & team working stuff in there.


 


Has anyone done anything similar that they would be happy to share with me?  It would be much appreciated.
