The Amersham and Wycombe college is conducting research for the Learning and Skills council about the employment of ex-offenders. We are currently looking for companies that have policies on recruiting offenders and people that have experience of employing offenders. We want to create case studies about these employers. If you would like to participate in this, please email santhony@amersham.ac.uk, or if you have any information regarding what companies employ offenders, it would be greatly appreciated. The work aims to provide a better understanding to employers on aspects of recruiting offenders, in order to reduce discrimination.
