Hi

We are a large manufacturing company, and we are aware that there are a number of our employees that lack some basic life skills eg spelling, mathematics etc.

I would like to put forward a proposal to offer traiing at this level to all employees, and would welcome advice from anyone who has looked at a similiar project in the past.

Thank you.

Hi

I am working with a large manufacturing company too. We genrally give basic training related to thier work. I would like to understand from you why you want to train them on maths and spelling etc.

We do  teach maths but to the sales team , like how to calculate percentage etc.

It would be nice to know .

Thanks and warm regards.
